Quickie Post

I have the urge to go to a Skinfood. I haven't been there for 2 weeks @__@ I'll be having a good ol time at Skinfood this weekend and I'll probably be headed to Kosney for some stationary. I need to get gifts for some people XD
I used Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 (what a long name) to resize my pictures. I haven't used Corel since...elementary and high school so I'm not used to it. Took me a while to just resize 2 pictures and get the marking right haha.
I got a package from the lovely Mona (aka Make Me Blushhh) she was nice enough to get me some samples from Lush! Ah! I could come kiss you (and Charlotte cuz she's so cute)! I love it! Thank you!!
She got me some facewashes, soaps and a bubble bar. Unfortunately, I don't have a bath tub, my box only has those stand up showers where your whole bathroom is your shower haha. The soaps smell lovely, especially Snow Cake! I used the Bohemian yesterday, I love the smell and how it lathers up so nicely! My skin also felt so soft. I think I'm gonna get addicted to Lush soaps. There's also some masks and a sample of the Anastasia brow powder. I think it's time I dive into brow makeup. I've never done them before, aside from the occasional plucking and threading. Love you Mona!!
Oh, I devoured the candies right after taking this picture haha.

I wanted to eat ice cream yesterday from Baskin Robins. Initially, I was going to get a regular scoop, but somehow I ended up with a pint of ice cream!! The pint was 63000won while a regular scoop was 2500won, so this was already worth it. There's at least 3 regular scoops in this. The great thing about buying these pints is you can have up to 3 different flavours stuffed into the container!
I only had Chocolate Mousse and Campfire S'more....ohhhh man...these ice creams are to die for!!! The Campfire S'more is one of my favourites. It's mainly marshmallow ice cream with swirls of chocolate ice cream. There's also chocolate chunks and large pieces of graham crackers.

If you're travelling a long distance, they give you a few cubes of dry ice. I had so much fun with it afterwards haha, watching it melt and putting it into some water. While it bubbled away in the water, you could see the steam make little donuts of smoke!

Ohh I love ice cream in cold weather too...but I love ice cream, period! hehe

Ahh I feel the same way when I want to take pics at the Japanese markets. The beauty aisles are usually within vision of the cashiers...I try to be all ninja-like and snap pics with a camera phone so I can do price comparisons between Mitsuwa and Marukai, lol.

Mona is so sweet to send you those goodies! I love how there are so many gals sending goodies in blog world. Ning*star is sending me some Skinfood samples so I'm excited since I've been drooling after their products from your blog, hers and Tia's too. =P

Alas, I'm tight on cash thanks to the holidays + grad app fees etc. and I've been spoiling myself way too much, hehe, I really want to spoil others. I feel bad whenever I post Japanese goodies and know that some girls don't have access to those stores. If only I was rich, I could spoil all of you sweeties! =)

Haha, you loooove skinfood! I'd prolly be addicted too if I were in Korea! You're one of those people who even eats ice cream in cold weather! xD A phenomenon I say! Just thinking about it makes me collld. Haha.

I don't think cleansing oils will cause skin to be more oily. That's not how the oil works. AS it emulsifies when in contact with water, the oil brings away the dirt and your face is completely clean, without the oiliness. I think you should try Shu's, they have a few different ones targeted toward different skin types.

LOL @ the aging steps in the magazine! I didn't even see that until you told me. Being a girl gets more complicated every single day.

Hahah I don't gamble, but shopping and eating does cost a lot haha.

Aw thank you! Well, I think lining my waterline makes me look odd too! It definitely takes some getting use to! Yup, I agree! Sometimes I look like I'm not wearing makeup because my eyeshadow and liner is so minimal. Hahah don't rub silly!!

Aww thanks! Take photos the next time you curl your hair!

2 things from nordys for myself! Everything else was for Yumeko! Aren't you proud? I'm quite proud of myself!

Aww, understandable. But you'll enjoy pigging out more once you leave Korea! =)

Haha, not at the moment. I haven't cooked for a while. I need to work up the motivation!

the ice cream flavor you got sounds really yummy. oh, it looks yummy too. that's cool you get the option of having three different flavors in a pint. i really like the thought of graham crackers and chocolate chunks in ice cream.

i'm curious. which of the two do you like better? coldstone or baskin n robbins? although, i like coldstone too, i think i'll pick BR over it. i kinda grew up with it, i guess. maybe that's why.

haha... sorry about the nonmakeup related comment. i got drawn by the ice cream pic. lol.

This is such a cute blog, and the the ice cream looks very good!

I'm so jealous you get to try so many Korean products! Have you tried the Etude House Teardrop liner? I am thinking about purchasing it for $13 on ebay but not sure if its really worth it.

Hi Eva,
thanks for dropping by!
I haven't tried many things from Etude House, their products dont' really last long. i have oily lids so i have a feeling that their liner is gonna smudge.
did you try going to g-market? it might be a bit cheaper. i haven't personally shopped there so i can't tell you how it is.

Miu~ I was using P&J foundation in the Bobbi Brown post. Hmm, well, I only find foundation to be cakey when my skin is too dry.. I think try to make sure your skin is well moisturized before you put on makeup! I hope you get the package by early next week! It was sent to your school.
